Job Summary
An investment and financial services company has an open position for a Remote Trade Order Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Use tools to replicate, validate and escalate client issues within both staging and production environments
- Create KB Documentation and publish clear resolutions
- Complete required certifications, lesson plans, and case studies
Qualifications for this position include:
- A degree: Accounting, finance, economics, business management, or similar focus
- Experience in equity or fixed-income trading (3+ years)
- Experience with Order Management Systems (3+ years), familiarity with the lifecycle of a trade
- Working knowledge of ( Jenkins, boomi, Postgres DB, Postman, JIRA )
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex issues and adapt to different challenges and changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team environment
