Job Summary

A company that offers software, information, and services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Trade Show and Event Planning Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing recommendation for tradeshow and alliance participation
  • Managing detailed budgets for each event
  • Developing and tracking performance metrics for each tradeshow

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Up to 10% domestic travel possible
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in trade show and event planning
  • Strong project management skills, with expertise in Microsoft Project or similar
  • Familiarity with lead generation and social media t
  • Experience in Cvent or similar events management technology
