Job Summary

A real estate and property management company is in need of a Remote Trade Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist in training team members with basic information around scope and price
• Answer calls via our queue to assist vendors in getting on-site increases
• Review quotes from vendors to ensure pricing and scope are accurate to ensure client savings

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience leading, developing, and growing teams
• Excellent planning, organization, delivery skills and comfortable in high pressure situations
• Experience with residential or commercial Repairs & Maintenance field operations
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate deals and an understanding of fair and optimal pricing structures
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy
