Job Summary
A real estate technology startup company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Trade Up Real Estate Client Success Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound phone calls to leads who are interested in trade-up
- Providing information on the trade-up program and “sell” our products
- Nurturing leads from initial registration until the point they are connected with a Client Advisor
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Outbound phone experience / Inside sales experience
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Strong and proven ability to build relationships with leads/clients
- Basic understanding of real estate or a desire to quickly learn
- Energy and enthusiasm that is contagious over the phone
