Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Trademark and Marketing Paralegal in Scottsdale.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting and analyzing global trademark searches in collaboration with IP Team attorneys
- Handling day-to-day prosecution of our global trademark applications
- Collaborating with IP team lawyers and outside counsel to manage trademark opposition and cancellation actions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Capable of managing numerous projects and matters simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Must be a skilled oral and written communicator
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with, and strong interest in, PayPal, e-commerce, emerging payment technology and the payments industry
- Substantial experience using internet-based trademark search databases
