A staffing and recruiting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Traditional Media Planning and Buying Director in Tempe.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Negotiating firmly with clients
• Buying digital media with traditional method
• Working on assigned tasks

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience buying traditional media, with a special focus on TV, radio and out of home
• Experience with digital media buying, inclusive of adserving, trafficking, and reporting
• Knowledge on how digital fits into the bigger picture of a media mix
• Experience in Excel specifically with pivot tables
• Understands the importance of post-buy analysis for optimizing future campaigns
• Ability to negotiate firmly, but fairly
