Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update training programs for customers and employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
• Conduct engaging training sessions, facilitating discussions and promoting a positive learning environment
• Maintain subject matter expertise on the Thentia Cloud platform and share relevant industry insights with trainees

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Thentia Cloud platform operations, software, and tools
• Experience in developing training curricula and materials
• Familiarity with MS-Platforms, Google Docs, and Forms
• Ability to utilize multimedia resources and case studies in training
• Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in emergency dispatch operations
