Remote Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer to join their Education Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and onsite to clients and internal employees
• Create and maintain training materials, including guides and documentation
• Collaborate with Team Leads to organize and refine curriculum for onboarding and client education

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• 1-3 years of training, teaching, or facilitation experience, preferably with adult learners
• Strong presentation and organizational skills
• Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications is a plus but not required
