Remote Trainer

Job Summary

To support the development of engaging educational materials, the fully remote Trainer will design and deliver effective training programs while collaborating with healthcare domain experts and ensuring content quality and alignment with learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with graphics designers and developers to ensure the quality and adherence of finished materials
• Interact with healthcare domain experts to review and finalize content, incorporating feedback to enhance learning materials

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Any Graduate or Diploma
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning management systems
• Excellent written communication skills for creating instructional text and supporting materials
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with content owners and development teams
