Remote Trainer I

Job Summary

To support FEMA's CSR classes, the full-time Remote Trainer I will deliver training to various audiences, manage training logistics, and track participant progress while adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire, continuing education, and return-to-work training sessions for contact center staff
• Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling classes and preparing training materials
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress, ensuring compliance with program standards

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of leadership and/or training experience required
• At least one year of experience delivering classroom training within the last five years
• One year of customer service experience required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
