Job Summary
A multinational insurance and banking firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Training Administration and Communications Senior Associate in Charlotte.
Must be able to:
- Personally assist the team’s leader with Executive Assistant responsibilities
- Shape and design PowerPoint presentations that tell a compelling story and effectively articulate training concepts
- Partner with Learning technology experts to align all digital touchpoints with our virtual curricula
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Expert on hosting Zoom (Meetings & Webinars) and Microsoft Teams meetings
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Word and advanced knowledge of Excel
- 3+ years of experience in training, communications or administration
- Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to take a lot of information and distill it into logical and engaging formats
- Superior project management skills
