Job Summary

A multinational insurance and banking firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Training Administration and Communications Senior Associate in Charlotte.

Must be able to:

• Personally assist the team’s leader with Executive Assistant responsibilities
• Shape and design PowerPoint presentations that tell a compelling story and effectively articulate training concepts
• Partner with Learning technology experts to align all digital touchpoints with our virtual curricula

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Expert on hosting Zoom (Meetings & Webinars) and Microsoft Teams meetings
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Word and advanced knowledge of Excel
• 3+ years of experience in training, communications or administration
• Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to take a lot of information and distill it into logical and engaging formats
• Superior project management skills
