A provider of online penetration testing training has a current position open for a Remote Training Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering non-technical questions related to candidate registration, payment or ongoing class logistics
- Assisting with directing stakeholders to the correct individual within the organization
- Participating in projects for the implementation of new functions, services, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Fluency in reading, writing, and comprehension of English
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and investigation skills
- Ability to work unsupervised in a high-pressure environment
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills
- Must have at least two years customer service experience
