Job Summary

A provider of online penetration testing training has a current position open for a Remote Training Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering non-technical questions related to candidate registration, payment or ongoing class logistics
  • Assisting with directing stakeholders to the correct individual within the organization
  • Participating in projects for the implementation of new functions, services, etc

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Fluency in reading, writing, and comprehension of English
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and investigation skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills
  • Must have at least two years customer service experience
