An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Training and Development Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Engaging with teams to plan and facilitate employee development and training
• Reviewing individual and organizational development needs
• Conducting and leading detailed gaps and needs analysis

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years extensive experience in delivering training
• Experience in working on different Learning Management Systems
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
