Job Summary
A higher education system is in need of a Remote Training and Development Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Effectively navigate within a highly regulated environment
- Conduct needs assessments
- Manage the requests for training or instructional resources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years of professional training experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Excellent project management skills
- Highly focused on job priorities and customer needs
- Demonstrated experience creating instructional resources in Rise 360 or similar e-learning tools
