Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Training and Development Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading training classes through established curriculum provided by either UC Academy or the Client
- Engaging training and skills development classes in a way that enhances learning and knowledge retention
- Interacting with all other campaigns, at every level, regarding training and training recommendations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous Facilitation and content development experience required
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written)
- Strong working knowledge of accelerated learning philosophies
- Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to interact with all levels and departments
