Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Training and Development Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring training procedures, standards, documentation and reporting are maintained
- Contributing to the delivery and execution of complex and large scale initiatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School/GED
- At least 6 years of leadership experience and a minimum of 4 years training and development
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Administration or Education
- 5 – 7 years Leadership
- 5 – 7 years Training and Development
- 2 years Claims, Customer Service or a Health Insurance related area
