Job Summary
A marketing and advertising company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Training and Enablement Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing & maintaining the learning & enablement content pipeline from ideation through approvals and publishing
- Coordinating the production of training materials - tutorial videos, interactive eLearning modules and assessments
- Building effective internal relationships, coordinating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the team for content production
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4 - 7 years relevant work experience in producing training materials and eLearning content pipelines.
- 3+ years of experience with video editing tools and eLearning development software
- Experience building and scaling enterprise software training and enablement program aimed at technical and non-technical users
- Communications & relationship-building skills - an ability to build trust and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth startup team within a publicly-traded company
