Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Training and Enablement Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating on-demand resources ranging from PandaDocs, to videos, to one-pagers, presentations and more
- Hosting web based video training for both customers and employees
- Assisting the larger team with any potential issues and partner internally with relevant departments to address
Qualifications for this position include:
- Track record of onboarding, developing and leading a team to success
- Strong presentation skills. No fear of public speaking or communicating
- Capable of operating in multiple time zones and cultures
- Experience in adult learning and delivering content in a prior role is a must
- 3+ years experience in leading a Customer Training, Employee Enablement,, or other similar role, preferably with SaaS product(s)
