Job Summary
A provider of business process outsourcing is in need of a Remote Training and Instructional Designer in Eden Prairie.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building experiential activities appropriate for targeted learners
- Providing input to improve operational efficiencies
- Developing valid assessment questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 4 years of training development experience involving adult learners
- Fluency with instructional systems design models and methodologies
- 4-year college degree required or equivalent work experience
- Shown ability to create content for a global audience
