Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Training and Professional Development Content Manager.

Must be able to:

• Achieve monthly milestones for archived content management
• Establish and implement guides, curriculum markers and training programs
• Author an instructional design roadmap for instructional designers to redesign select trainings as interactive

Required Skills:

• Travel 10-15% of time
• Master's level or higher clinical degree in relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience as a licensed/certified direct care counselor
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain clinical training content
• Proficiency with the federal code of ethics for those credentials represented in the addiction profession
• Demonstrated ability to stay up to date on trends and crisis facing the addiction profession
