Job Summary

A global cryptocurrency trading platform is in need of a Remote Training and Quality Community Customer Experience Associate Director.

Must be able to:

  • Provide leadership to our training and quality team, define goals, develop process excellence and distill meaningful insights
  • Create and maintain the process and quality standards of our customer support team
  • Provide meaningful metrics and insights to the business through QA and process analysis

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 4+ years of experience managing a global training program
  • Relevant experience in financial services or e-commerce
  • Experience or interest in working with globally distributed teams
  • You are a systems and process oriented thinker with a strive for quality excellence
  • You can see the big picture while being able to zoom in with detailed analysis
  • You have excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally
