Job Summary
An education company has an open position for a Remote Training and Quality Manager in Fort Lauderdale.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, planning, developing and distributing the training, development and call quality programs
- Approving content, methods, and materials for training team members
- Supporting operations management in determining training needs and direction
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years training supervisory experience
- Proven successful experience in the creation of training curricula for a customer service environment
- Experience delivering training sessions in a classroom and/or virtual setting
- Experience with call center quality monitoring programs
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and/or Google Docs
