Job Summary

An education company has an open position for a Remote Training and Quality Manager in Fort Lauderdale.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing, planning, developing and distributing the training, development and call quality programs
  • Approving content, methods, and materials for training team members
  • Supporting operations management in determining training needs and direction

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years training supervisory experience
  • Proven successful experience in the creation of training curricula for a customer service environment
  • Experience delivering training sessions in a classroom and/or virtual setting
  • Experience with call center quality monitoring programs
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and/or Google Docs
