Job Summary

A national corps of leaders who commit to teaching in low-income schools is filling a position for a Remote Training and Support Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Attract, develop, and retain the diverse and high-performing team that is needed to drive the team’s work forward
  • Guide the design, implementation, and management of strategic projects
  • Develop, lead, manage, and coach a high-performing team of 16 development professionals

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel to in-person meetings in various US cities (approximately 1-2 times per month)
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Demonstrated success aligning diverse stakeholders around a common vision or objective
  • Strong individual and team management skills
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships within and across teams, and with a variety of constituents
