Job Summary
A national corps of leaders who commit to teaching in low-income schools is filling a position for a Remote Training and Support Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Attract, develop, and retain the diverse and high-performing team that is needed to drive the team’s work forward
- Guide the design, implementation, and management of strategic projects
- Develop, lead, manage, and coach a high-performing team of 16 development professionals
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to in-person meetings in various US cities (approximately 1-2 times per month)
- Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated success aligning diverse stakeholders around a common vision or objective
- Strong individual and team management skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships within and across teams, and with a variety of constituents
