A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Training Associate Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing new training curriculum materials
- Leading creation and implementation of training content development
- Maintaining a central library of training content and templates, culled from past work
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years work experience in non-profit, educational, and/or campaign settings
- 2+ years learning and training content related work
- Experience in facilitating both online and in-person learning and community building experiences
