Job Summary

An agricultural products and services retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Training Delivery Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensuring proper integration of tools that align with our company's training strategy
• Developing and implementing training programs that are aligned to needs of the various user groups on SAP S/4

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7+ years of related experience required, preferably in Training Development and Delivery or Project Management
• Knowledge and experience with Enable Now, Articulate 360 Rise, Articulate Storyline, SuccessFactors or similar tools
• Strategic thinking and planning; ability to measure progress and analyze outcomes
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
