Remote Training Development Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of effective training resources, the contract Remote Training Development Specialist will design and create engaging e-learning modules focused on the Integrated Skills Development (ISD) Tool Suite, ensuring concise training that enhances user understanding and application.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, interactive e-learning materials using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine training resources for optimal engagement and learning outcomes
• Translate subject matter expertise into modular training content tailored to specific user profiles

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training design, e-learning development, or workforce training
• Degree or equivalent credentials in Training / Instructional Design or a closely related field
• Expertise in e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and change management in training
• Proficiency in conducting SME interviews to extract actionable knowledge
