Remote Training Facilitator

Job Summary

Delivering engaging training programs remotely, the part-time Remote Training Facilitator will provide instructor-led, virtual, and blended training to support a large-scale Medicaid enterprise system implementation, adapting delivery methods to diverse learning styles and offering post-training support.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates interactive training sessions for various audiences, focusing on operational readiness and system adoption
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop and maintain effective training materials and lesson plans
• Provides ongoing support and coaching to reinforce learner success and improve performance post-training

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, or adult learning
• Demonstrated experience with virtual learning platforms and training technologies
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience delivering training in a Medicaid, health, or public sector environment preferred
