Job Summary
A real estate technology company has an open position for a Remote Training Guest Experience Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a team of remotely distributed training specialists
- Be accountable to the metrics of the team and that of your direct reports
- Continuously analyze and manage the training team's capacity
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of service industry/guest support experience
- 2+ years of training and/or management experience
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative skills
- Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and provide process improvements, filling in the gaps where needed
- Independent at handling all routine GX workflows and expert in SOPs
