Job Summary

A real estate technology company has an open position for a Remote Training Guest Experience Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a team of remotely distributed training specialists
  • Be accountable to the metrics of the team and that of your direct reports
  • Continuously analyze and manage the training team's capacity

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of service industry/guest support experience
  • 2+ years of training and/or management experience
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and provide process improvements, filling in the gaps where needed
  • Independent at handling all routine GX workflows and expert in SOPs
