Remote Training Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Training Instructor to join their Learning & Talent Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning opportunities for new and existing employees
• Deliver various training formats including technical, soft skill, compliance, and customer service training
• Assess development opportunities and document training activities within the Learning Management System

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in developing adult learners, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
• Experience in the development and application of Adult Learning Principles
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting with students regarding technology-related issues
