Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Training Instructor to join their Learning & Talent Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning opportunities for new and existing employees
• Deliver technical, soft skill, compliance, and customer service training
• Document training activities and monitor training completion reports

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience developing adult learners
• Experience in the development and application of Adult Learning Principles
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must live in one of the specified states for remote work eligibility
