Remote Training Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Training Instructor to join their Learning & Talent Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning opportunities for new and existing employees
• Deliver various training programs including technical, soft skills, compliance, and customer service
• Document training activities and monitor completion reports within the Learning Management System

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of two years' experience in developing adult learners, preferably in a customer service or financial recovery environment
• Experience in the development and application of Adult Learning Principles
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must reside in one of the specified states for remote work eligibility
