Remote Training Manager

Job Summary

A company that provides asset management services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Training Manager.

Must be able to:

• Build e-learning modules, testing, reporting, and administration of our Learning Management System
• Deliver quality training products and/or services; enforcing adherence to performance standards
• Develop training curricula and/or business solutions to address business gaps

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Familiarity with the use of learning management systems to assign and track training for large target audiences of people
• Effectively use analytics to gain insights to project efficiency and status
• Highly responsive to customer and project needs, as well as managing customer expectations
• Bachelor's Degree in either Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 4 or more years of experience developing and implementing training and learning strategies and programs
• Experienced in change management, process design and improvement
