Job Summary
A company that provides asset management services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Training Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build e-learning modules, testing, reporting, and administration of our Learning Management System
- Deliver quality training products and/or services; enforcing adherence to performance standards
- Develop training curricula and/or business solutions to address business gaps
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with the use of learning management systems to assign and track training for large target audiences of people
- Effectively use analytics to gain insights to project efficiency and status
- Highly responsive to customer and project needs, as well as managing customer expectations
- Bachelor's Degree in either Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 4 or more years of experience developing and implementing training and learning strategies and programs
- Experienced in change management, process design and improvement
