Job Summary
An omni-channel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Remote Training Manager in El Paso.
Must be able to:
- Develop a needs assessment process and create an instructional design process
- Conduct training needs assessments and oversee the training function
- Develop, compose and compile training materials and other training aids
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Adult Education, or related field
- In lieu of degree, 6 years’ experience in training and employer / client relations
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills
- Two to five years of call center experience required
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
