Remote Training Program Manager

Job Summary

A cloud-based software company is in need of a Remote Training Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assigning training curriculum to employees and contractors globally
• Developing and maintaining training content and training curricula
• Managing the collection of training events/evidence

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, eLearning authoring, and diagramming and graphic applications
• Experience utilizing adult learning concepts, state-of-the-art training techniques, and management principles
• Experience as eLMS system administrator including change management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and engaging culturally diverse groups
