Remote Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Training Specialist who will deliver engaging learning experiences for new hires and current employees in a remote call center team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales training program to enhance service delivery for seniors and caregivers
• Design, develop, and deliver training content through various channels, including video and virtual instructor-led sessions
• Maintain training curriculum and provide ongoing development for call center and support teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience in remote training, including eLearning and instructor-led training
• Proficiency in instructional design and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Minimum of two years of training experience in a sales-based contact center
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Ability to create and edit video content for training purposes
