Job Summary
A government and commercial contract services company has an open position for a Remote Training Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting train-the-trainer, classroom, and online training to customers and user community as required
- Defining objectives for a course and/or curriculum
- Outlining the concept for a course or curriculum, defining (needs for) the course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2-4 years of related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, etc.)
- Secret clearance required
- Strong written and verbal English grammar, spelling, and punctuation usage and pronunciation
- Knowledge and application of adult learning principles
