Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Training Specialist in McClellan.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing the development and delivery of trainings
• Ensuring that support personnel understand and can perform their roles and responsibilities
• Ensuring that client training and development are within company guidelines

Qualifications Include:

• Internal or external training experiences in a service industry
• Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of computer software programs
• Ability to provide thought leadership and recommendations for future training goals
• Ability to utilize necessary audio/visual equipment for presentation delivery
• Two years or more related training design, training delivery, and operations experience
