Job Summary

A manufacturer is seeking a Remote Training Specialist in Memphis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver learning and development programs for functional areas of the business
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors
  • Develop and deliver learning and development programs for functional areas of the business

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years experience training delivery in live and virtual environments OR 4+ years’ experience in lieu of degree
  • Educational/Academic environment
  • Developing/designing and delivering training programs/curriculum
  • Knowledge and application of adult learning principles
  • Use of Learning Management Systems
