Job Summary
To support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the full-time Remote Training Subject Matter Expert will provide virtual training guidance, oversee the development of organizational training plans, and ensure best practices for distance learning are implemented effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Provide virtual training review and guidance for the implementation of best practices
- Oversee virtual training guidance during the development of organizational training plans
- Support the effectiveness of virtual training by understanding origination and remote site needs
Required qualifications
- Proven virtual leadership training experience and distance learning certification
- 15+ years of demonstrated experience in professional development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
