Job Summary

An IT services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Training Surge Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Providing management, coordination, and monitoring of training tasks
Reviewing, editing, and rendering training recordings
Maintaining training material and recording repositories

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or related discipline
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with training, recording editing, and closed captioning
Minimum of 3 years of experience with training related tools such as Webex
High proficiency with MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
Previous experience in a government setting (VA, IHS, DoD, or Military branch)
Ability to obtain and maintain an IHS Public Trust
