Remote Training Surge Specialist

Job Summary

An IT services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Training Surge Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing management, coordination, and monitoring of training tasks
• Reviewing, editing, and rendering training recordings
• Maintaining training material and recording repositories

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with training, recording editing, and closed captioning
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with training related tools such as Webex
• High proficiency with MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Previous experience in a government setting (VA, IHS, DoD, or Military branch)
• Ability to obtain and maintain an IHS Public Trust
