Job Summary
An advertising and website optimization company is seeking a Remote Training Systems Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working closely with the Product Trainer and Training Manager to develop and maintain SOP’s or guides, exercises, presentations, games and accompanying materials
- Becoming a subject matter expert (SME) in all functional areas to gain the ability to produce training guides and resources
- Coordinating with different departments to develop clear, concise documentation for a variety of audiences and validate existing course materials
Position Requirements Include:
- Being proficient in Photoshop, Canva, video editing platforms
- Having experience with Adobe Illustrator preferred but not required
- Being proficient in Google Drive applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
- Having excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Having strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Having strong research skills
