Job Summary

An accounting services company is filling a position for a Remote Transaction Advisory Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Deploy Quality of Earnings preparation
• Handle Transaction Services, Buy-side or Sell-side
• Conducting Post-merger integrations

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
• Financial due diligence at the Manager level or above
• Previous Transaction Advisory experience at the Manager level
• Post-merger integrations
• Previous experience in public accounting and/or at a consulting firm preferred
