Remote Transaction Advisory Senior Associate

Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Remote Transaction Advisory Senior Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Helping companies with post-merger integrations
• Providing financial due diligence (buy-side or sell-side)
• Connecting with clients needing your expertise across the country

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Previous Transaction Advisory experience (Required)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in public accounting and/or at a consulting firm
• Previous experience in Transaction Services (TAS), including buy-side or sell-side financial due diligence
