Job Summary
A multidiscipline consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate.
Must be able to:
- Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses
- Identify and analyze business and financial risks and opportunities
- Advise on alternative strategies for acquisition, disposition, and restructuring of businesses
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel as needed to various client sites, domestic or international
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting) or equivalent 4-6 years’ public accounting experience
- Exceptional professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with clients
- Strong current knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Familiarity of the M&A process and market
- Prior experience or familiarity in transaction advisory, private equity, or investment banking
