Job Summary

A real estate investment marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Transaction Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of a transaction from executed purchase agreement to closing by working closely with buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, appraisers and other related stakeholders
• Document processes and related transaction information
• Communicate with various departments to streamline processes.

Required Skills:

• Active Nevada Real Estate License required
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years in a similar type role
• Relentless attention to detail
