Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Transaction Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released
  • Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers
  • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1 year real estate experience required
  • 2 + years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent at building rapport
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
