Job Summary
A financial services provider is filling a position for a Remote Transaction Management VP .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Directing the UW/QC team to ensure results are met as outlined in the Client Scope
- Tracking completion of audit findings and ensure performance meets all audit turnaround times on file reviews
- Producing and providing all reporting requirements to Clients and Counterparties
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required or experience in managing a quality control department
- 5-10 years managing Secondary Market Due Diligence projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to interface confidently with clients and to influence others within the organization to drive results
