Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Transaction Manager with Due Diligence TPR experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor staff production and quality to ensure client service levels are met
- Provide assistance and guidance to production staff to support consistent, accurate outcomes
- Prepare reports and complete data cleanup prior to delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of mortgage due diligence experience in the secondary mortgage market
- Due diligence underwriting experience covering credit and compliance
- Strong understanding of TRID and mortgage regulatory compliance requirements
- Prior supervisory experience at a TPR firm
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
