Job Summary

A mortgage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Transaction Support Subject Matter Expert.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support the Transaction Support Team Lead or Manager with sound expertise
  • Provide guidance to Transaction Support Specialists
  • Assist in escalated loan issues while bringing more important or potentially serious issues to management’s attention

Required Skills:

  • Must have at minimum High school diploma or GED
  • Extremely organized with the ability to effectively handle competing priorities
  • Must display leadership qualities, make strong decisions, and win the trust and respect of team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and/or Google G-Suite
  • Working knowledge of Loan Origination Systems, and mortgage vendor software.
