Job Summary
A tax, accounting, and advisory firm is in need of a Remote Transactional Advisory Services Senior Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating with team and management regarding client expectations
- Analyzing historical financial statements
- Acting as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel out-of-town to clients as required
- 2+ plus years of audit or transaction advisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills
